Aerospace Engineering and Support (AESI), a business division of AES, has a excellent capabilities to provide engineering services to design, develop, manufacture, test and evaluate aircraft parts, systems and equipment. Many of our technical professionals have had many years of experience in aircraft depots or in military units doing maintenance on aircraft. In addition, we have proven capabilities to refurbish and overhaul semi-type vehicles, such as tractors, trailers and tankers. 

We have modified US Army helicopters on contract for the Litton and General Instrument Companies and USAF and Navy aircrafts for General Instrument and Fairchild. We are presently under contract to refurbish a fleet of support vehicles for the US Air Force Space Command. In addition we have completed Prototype and Trial Installation modifications in support of our own prime contracts.

		Re-skin vehicle exteriors
		Replace vehicle roofing
		Remove/replace bent, gouged or badly corroded structure.
		Fabricate and install rear suspensions
		Replace wheels, tires,  brakes, landing gears and other components.
		Refurbish/replace heating and air conditioning units, ducting and controls
		Refurbish/replace electrical, plumbing, flooring and related hardware
		Apply corrosion treatment - sandblast, paint and replace decals
		Perform complete tune-ups - replace engine components, belts, batteries, etc.
